Hunter Wine Lab is the brainchild of Andrew Spinaze, a winemaker with an impressive track record. After decades working with some of Australia’s most well-known wine brands, he decided to break out and do his own thing—creating wines without the constraints of tradition. Here, he applies both his experience and a bit of winemaking wizardry to craft wines that are distinctly Hunter Valley but with a twist. The focus is on small-batch, high-quality wines that aren’t afraid to play with convention.
